Return Policy
This Return Policy describes the return and refund practices that HAELO, Inc. (“HAELO,” “our,” “us,” or “we”) follows when purchasing our products, which includes the hardware, software, mobile application and any related firmware and documentation (“Product(s)”, “Service(s)” or collectively, the “Products and/or Services”) you engage in our “Service”.
We ask that you please read the Limited Warranty and Disclaimer of Implied Warranties policy before purchasing the Service.
Your purchase of HAELO has a 60-day return window. Please note that your 60-day return window commences on your delivery date.
If you are not satisfied with your HAELO device for any reason, please let us know within 60 days of purchase.
HAELO purchases are subject to a restocking fee if an open box is returned by the customer. The restocking fee will be 10% of the purchase price.

To be eligible for a refund, please note the following:
- We ship our products for free within the domestic United States. International customers will pay for shipping. International shipments may be subject to Customs fees, Duty, VAT or Sales fee after shipping. Please note that International customers will be responsible for return shipping, customs fees and fees will not be refundable in the event you return your HAELO device.
- In order to qualify for a refund, you must first contact HAELO Customer Support and as part of the return material authorization (RMA) process we will provide a return shipping label generated by our system that you can use to return the product. We can't process any refund without our RMA process generated return shipping label.
- International customer returns: As we will be providing you the return shipping label as part of our RMA process, your return shipping charges and any customs fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Returns must be postmarked before the end of the 60-day return period, which commences upon shipment of the product.
- Returns shipped after 60 days will not qualify for any refund.
- All returns must be received in their original manufactured condition and include all original accessories, components, and packaging. Returns that are received damaged, broken, and/or with missing accessories or components may be subject to additional fees or repair/replacement costs. If your HAELO system has been tampered with in any way (e.g. taken apart and rebuilt or damaged beyond repair), you will not receive your refund. In addition, please note that HAELO cannot be held liable for returns that are lost or damaged during return shipment.
- The 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount upon incoming inspection-approved returned HAELO system.
- All returned orders will be inspected and processed within 3-5 days of receipt. Refunds to your original payment method may take up to 10-14 business days.
- If you have previously returned a HAELO within the past 365 days, you are not eligible for the 60-Day return policy *Partner Program purchases are subject to special approval.
- HAELO is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
- Because we care about your experience and we are always looking to improve our product and services, you will receive a brief survey via email to help us better understand the reason why HAELO was not for you!
